Prodsmart is a solution that allows factory managers to motivate workers, reduce waste, optimize the production pipeline and predict their factory's future to better manage it, saving money and working better.

They are a startup aiming to democratize good industrial management. They help factory managers measuring and optimizing their production lines, through a high-level, but low-cost scientific approach.

It is basically a cloud software connecting web and mobile devices, using them as production data gathering hardware, substituting the outdated paper and spreadsheet approach. On top of the gathered data, the manager can define his own custom metrics and receive management suggestions like workers rotation, malfunction warnings, working patterns deviations, and more of the kind.
