Objective
The Gold Key Service (GKS) provides U.S. firms with prescreened appointments with potential overseas agents, distributors, sales representatives and strategic business partners to U.S. firms.
Deliverables
- Prior to placing the order, the Commercial Service trade specialist will contact the U.S. Commercial Office in Yemen to notify them of the request and obtain confirmation that they are able to support the client’s request.
- The customer will receive four to six appointments with prescreened sales representatives and partners. If we cannot meet this target goal, then we will let the customer know and provide an explanation why.
- The customer will receive background and contact information on each potential partner, such as the size of the company, the number of years the company has been in business, its product or service lines, and after- sales services.
- The Commercial Office Specialist will provide customized market research and an industry briefing in advance of business meetings.
- A mid-term report will be provided to the client for review to ensure that we are meeting the customer’s expectations.
- Typically, additional services such as transportation, translation, travel logistics, and others are available for an additional fee.
- The customer will receive a debriefing with the Commercial Office Specialist to discuss results of meetings, and assistance in developing appropriate follow-up strategies.
- Standard delivery time requires four to six weeks from receipt of payment and product literature, and an expedited service may be available for an additional fee.
If there is a delay of the report for unforeseen reasons, the Commercial Specialist will contact the customer to discuss a new delivery date.
Price
The customer can place the order for a GKS service through a United States Trade Representative (USTR) outside Yemen. The fee for a GKS report is USD 685 for the first day and USD 320 for any additional day. The U.S. Commercial Office in Yemen will proceed with the GKS report once the payment is confirmed by a USTR and the product literature and supporting materials are received by the Commercial Office in Yemen.
