The International Builders’ Show is the largest annual light construction trade show in the world, showcasing more than 1,700 manufacturers and suppliers and covering in excess of one million net square feet of exhibit space.  The show offers the largest display of residential and commercial building industry products and materials in more than 200 construction product categories and attracts more than 92,000 professionals from nearly 100 countries. 

The target audience at the Show includes individuals and decision makers involved in building products, construction equipment and related industries including single family and multifamily builders and contractors, light construction builders, commercial construction builders, re-modelers, architects, developers, land use planners, specialty trade contractors, and construction industry dealers and distributors.

International Buyer Program

The International Builders' Show (IBS) 2009 has been accepted into the US Department of Commerce's (DOC) International Buyer Program. The International Buyer Program (IBP) brings together international buyers and US firms by promoting leading U.S. trade shows in industries with high export potential. Participation in the IBP can be beneficial to both international attendees and exhibiting companies whose goal is to sell in the global marketplace.

The IBS 2009 will be promoted via US embassies, consulates and Commercial Service Posts worldwide. The IBP will also survey exhibitors and international delegates regarding their purchasing and selling interests in order to match exhibitors with prospective buyers.
