Coping With Export Controls in Mixed Commercial and Military Business: "Turning the ITA on Its EAR"

Companies dealing in both military and dual-use items face complicated export controls issues including determining the appropriate export licensing jurisdiction for their products and technology. Please join us for a one-day workshop on the application of the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) for mixed military and dual-use products. This event will take place in a collaborative, workshop environment where attendees will gain an understanding of the government's perspective (State and Commerce) and learn from industry leaders and export controls lawyers.
