Ex-Im Bank Provides Financing to U.S. Exporters

Seal of U.S. Ex-Im BankThe Export-Import Bank of the United States (Ex-Im Bank) is the official export credit agency of the United States. Ex-Im Bank’s mission is to protect you against non-payment by your foreign buyers and to assist in financing the export of U.S. goods and services to international markets.

Ex-Im Bank assumes the credit and country risks that you are unable or unwilling to accept. The agency also helps to level the playing field for U.S. exporters by matching the financing that other governments provide to their exporters — your competitors!

Ex-Im Bank provides working capital guarantees (pre-export financing); export credit insurance; and loan guarantees and direct loans (buyer financing). No transaction is too large or too small. On average, 85% of Ex-Im's transactions directly benefit U.S. small businesses.

Sharyn H. Koenig, a Senior Business Development Officer at Ex-Im bank’s New York City office, is available to discuss with you your export challenges and the products offered by Ex-Im Bank.  Interested exporters or would-be exporters may contact Ms. Koenig directly with export finance-related questions at:
