Dear International Education Professional:

Are you interested in an excellent opportunity to recruit international students from top countries of origin without leaving your office?

You are cordially invited to participate in the upcoming Virtual Agent Fairs with Vietnam - each program is limited to a very small number of U.S. Private High Schools, Community Colleges, Intensive English Programs, and 4-year Colleges and Universities. Please note that the majority of educational institutions, which participated in our 2007 and 2008 virtual agent fairs with Vietnam, reported increases in student enrollments from this country as a result of the events.

Vietnam's most reputable and best performing agents will visit the U.S. Embassies and Consulates on the following dates to learn more about referring students to the specified educational opportunities in the U.S. Using our web conferencing technology, your school will be able to conduct a 5-minute presentation via PowerPoint to an audience of at least 10 of the top agents during each virtual fair.

Please note the following important information for each virtual agent fair:

1. Your school's 5-minute PowerPoint can include a testimonial with a current student from that country
2. Presentations can feature photos of campuses and highlight educational programs, advantages of your location, students from that country, etc...
3. Due to time zone differences, you can dial-in and log-in from home or the office
4. We will conduct numerous web-based training programs to ensure all participants feel comfortable with this technology from their home or office computers
5. You are able to express courier your school's DVDs and other materials to our offices overseas for distribution to the agents
6. Participants will receive contact information and detailed profiles on each of the agents before the virtual fairs
7. $500 fee for each virtual agent fair (opportunity to register for multiple virtual fairs in different countries at same $500 fee)
8. Limited to 10 schools per virtual agent fair to not overwhelm the program (There will be waiting lists once we reach capacity for each event)
9. Each program expected to last for 90 minutes with an hour for presentations and 30 minutes for Q&A with the agents
10. The Virtual Agent Fairs will be recorded for future reference by the agents and each school participant

Vietnam - Limited to 10 U.S. Schools:

(Vietnam is the 13th largest source for international students in the U.S. with 45.3% increase last year; the 3rd largest source of origin for international students at U.S. Community Colleges and; presents some of best opportunities to recruit students to U.S. private high schools and, per below, the virtual fair will involve both Hanoi as well as Ho Chi Minh City)
