Rob Guthrie is a Business Development Officer at the West Regional Office of the Export-Import Bank of the United States in Newport Beach, California.  He has worked for Ex-Im Bank for nine years.  Currently, he is responsible for export transactions originating in central California, parts of southern California, and Utah.  A native of the San Francisco Bay Area, he holds a Bachelor’s degree in history from Principia College in Illinois, and a Master’s degree in Latin American studies, emphasizing economics, from San Diego State University.  Languages spoken include Spanish and some Portuguese.
