Bay Springs Lake Resort is a new resort to be developed in Tishomingo County in North East Mississippi by Martel Resorts, LLC.  The development is located on approximately 1,500 acres of land known as Natchez Trace Recreational Area on Mississippi’s Bay Spring Lake.  The site has 15 miles of lake front property on the Tenn-Tom Waterway .    The “Tenn-Tom” connects the Tennessee and Tombigbee Rivers.  It also links the Sunbelt states and 14 river systems totaling 4,500 miles of navigable waterways.
