Farnborough International Airshow, July 14-20, 2008

Farnborough 2008 features a great many opportunities for companies to network and develop new business, not least at the numerous events held at and around the show.  Some of the highlights include:

• Wednesday, July 16 and 17 - Business briefings

• Thursday, July 17 - A U.S. Export Controls Seminar
  Hosted jointly with EGAD, a UK export controls forum, the seminar features speakers from the Bureau of Industry & Security (BIS), the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC) and the Defense Technology Security Administration (DTSA).  Interest in this event is expected to be high, and there is a fee for registration.  Subject to demand, we also plan to host one-on-one meetings for U.S. exhibitors with selected speakers, to offer informal licensing guidance.  The seminar will take place at Farnborough at 10:30am on Thursday, July 17.  To register your interest, please email farnborough@N0SPAM.mail.doc.gov
