The U.S. Commercial Service is offering U.S. companies the opportunity to promote their products at Ecobuild 2009, the leading event for sustainable design, construction and the built environment.  The exhibition will feature a wide range of sustainable products and services in industry segments such as renewable energy and micro generation, mechanical and electrical services, water management, recycling and waste management systems, building structure and refurbishment services from over 800 exhibitors, and is expected to attract around 30,000 visitors across the building and construction industry.  Visitors also have the option of choosing from one hundred free conference and seminar sessions on subjects such as building standards and regulations, sustainable communities and homes, and off-site construction.  Ecobuild 2009 will be co-located with Futurebuild, the exhibition for off-site construction.

Ecobuild 2009 has received Trade Fair Certification status from the U.S. Department of Commerce.  The U.S. Commercial Service in the United Kingdom, in conjunction with IMEX Management, will organize the U.S. Pavilion and offer complimentary exporting services for U.S. exhibitors as well as potential UK buyers interested in meeting these companies at the event.
