The U.S. Commercial Service would like to invite you to attend the American Film Market (AFM), which will take place in Santa Monica, California from November 4-11, 2009.  The AFM is the largest motion picture export trade show in the world. This annual event attracts over 8,000 participants, both buyers and sellers, and features completed films, films in production, production finance, co-productions, etc.  Over 500 films will be screened, including over 100 world premieres.

The AFM is the only international film or television market created and operated by the content providers.  The success of the AFM can be seen from the hundreds of millions of dollars in production and distribution deals that are completed every year - on both completed films and films in every stage of production.

The U.S. Commercial Service is pleased to support the AFM as part of its International Buyer Program (IBP) service.
