Join us Friday, October 30 as international trade attorney Margaret Gatti of Dilworth Paxson, Philadelphia, Neptune and Cherry Hill, New Jersey, will conduct an informal exporter workshop on international agent, distributor, rep, partner, and reseller agreements.  Ms. Gatti will explain the important legal points of exclusivity, US export controls compliance by reps, dispute resolution, termination of agreements, sales outside assigned territories, in-country tax issues, product liability, and re-export.  Ms. Gatti will be on hand to provide one on one counseling afterward.  Ms. Gatti is a member of the Mid-Atlantic District Export Council and is Chair of the International Law Group of Dilworth Paxson.

Exporter Workshops have been co-sponsored by Monmouth University Leon Hess Business School and the U.S. Department of Commerce Trenton Export Assistance Center since 2002.

Monmouth University is located in West Long Branch, New Jersey with easy access from the Garden State Parkway, Route 18, and I-195.  Upon receipt of payment you will receive a confirmation via email, along with directions to Bey Hall.
