Legal Advising: one of the principals of AB Group is a lawyer trained in 3 countries (USA, Germany, Switzerland; bar admission USA) and experienced (as corporate in-house counsel and in private practice) in corporate, finance, contracting and transactional matters in North America and in many European countries. Legal advising can be undertaken in 6 languages. In the event that the legal issue is purely local/Swiss-based, we will help you find the local counsel suited to your needs.
Real Estate advising: The principals of AB Group are advisors and investors in a number of real estate projects in various countries. The range of activities is from assisting others in choosing appropriate real estate investments to managing our own construction and developments in residential and industrial real estate.
Fiduciary and Tax Services: AB Group does not handles these directly, but works closely with companies that do this work and will be happy to assist you in finding the right Swiss fiduciary and tax advisor for your needs.
