Opportunity for U.S. Educational Institutions to meet with U.S. Department of Commerce Overseas Education Specialists at NAFSA, May 27 – 29, 2008

One-on-one appointments on May 27 – May 29 are available with U.S. Department of Commerce Education Commercial Specialists working in the commercial sections at U.S. Embassies in each of the following countries:  Brazil, Germany, Israel, Japan, S. Korea, Singapore, and Thailand.  These Commercial Specialists are your U.S. representatives and business advocates in their countries.  They are eager to discuss the educational system and market conditions, international student recruitment strategies and opportunities; and ways to promote your institution's educational programs overseas. 

Advance registration required:  Appointments are free and will be held at our booth (#1568) at NAFSA.* To enhance the quality of your appointments, please register below.  By registering on-line now, the Commercial Specialists will be better prepared to focus on your specific needs/objectives.  This information will be kept confidential. 

Appointments are available on a first-come, first-served basis and appointment slots are limited. Registration closes on Friday, May 16th.   As we get closer to the show, we will confirm your appointment(s). 

*Some appointments will be held at the nearby Grand Hyatt Washington
