Presby
Environmental Inc., based in New Hampshire, develops,
manufactures, tests, and markets innovative, on site septic
system products. There are many effective mechanical units
on the market. However, the company claims that their
product is the only passive system of its kind and hence has no
direct competition. Being a completely passive process, the
product is all natural, requires no electricity, no mechanical
devices, no filters, no additives, and no special
maintenance. When first introduced, U.S. regulatory
authorities were skeptical that the system could work but Presby
has achieved NSF and other required certification and more than
100,000 units have now been installed in the U.S. and
Canada. Other claimed benefits include:
