The University at Buffalo, State University of New York (UB-SUNY), enrolled in our Platinum Key Service (PKS) in October 2003. Under this PKS program, Education Specialist, Weng Hee HO, and Commercial Assistant, Anna Govindasamy, will be working closely with UB and its Singapore partner, the Singapore Institute of Management (SIM), to launch and promote the university's Bachelor of Science in Business Administration program. This full-time program will allow Singaporeans and international students from Asia to pursue and complete an American undergraduate business degree without having to travel to the United States. UB and SIM held a contract signing ceremony at the U.S. Embassy on November 5th, 2003, which was witnessed by His Excellency Franklin Lavin, U.S. Ambassador to Singapore.
