The Sacramento U.S. Export Assistance Center and Sacramento Regional Center for International Trade Development will be running an outreach booth at the Learning to Live in America information fair. We would like to invite you to this event brought to you by Opening Doors and supported by CITD and USEAC.

Learning to Live in America will be held on Sunday, September 20, 2009, from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Southside Park, 2115 6th Street, Sacramento California. This information fair will provide attendees with the opportunity to receive hands on training and information that will allow them to better integrate into our community. Fair attendees will be able to participate in workshops addressing such topics as starting a business, how to survive in today’s economy, answers to immigration questions, and managing personal finances. Exhibit booths hosted by local businesses and non-profit organizations will provide additional valuable resources and information to attendees. Activities for kids, food and musical entertainment will make this free event enjoyable for the whole family. 

Last year’s event was attended by over 1500 individuals and we confidently believe that attendance will increase to over 2000 participants this year.
