On Tuesday, May 19th, 2009 Mr. David Choi, President of JIT Products, Inc. was presented the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Export Achievement Certificate at the Northern California World Trade Center 12th Annual Capital Region Consular Corps Luncheon by Mr. Stephen Jacobs, Assistant Secretary of the International Trade Administration and Mr. George Tastard, Director of the Sacramento USEAC. JIT Products, Inc. was established since 1991 in Davis, California. And for 14 years JIT products, Inc. has been active with trading and market development of U.S. grains, natural & organic food products and high-quality appliances to Asia-Pacific Rim markets. JIT Products’ mission is to create and promote a growing awareness and provide a Healthier Eating Lifestyle for their customers around the world. Mr. David Choi, President of JIT Products, believes he is on a very exciting journey which he enjoys promoting: "One step at a time, changing the world towards a healthier life."
JIT Products has successfully developed markets in Taiwan, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, China, Philippines, Australia, and New Zealand.
JIT Products Inc. has been an ongoing client of the U.S. Commercial Service and Foreign Agricultural Service. They leverage market research, country and industry specialists’ expertise as well as participate in U.S. Government export promotion programs. For example, last year JIT Products Inc. participated in a retail event to promote U.S. products in Taiwan called “America Month 2008”. The American Institute in Taiwan partnered with Shin Kong Mitsukoshi Department Store (SKM); SKM is the largest department store group in Taiwan with 10 stores island-wide. America Month 2008 was the largest American retail event in Taiwan’s history and attracted over 3 million visitors to the massive month-long, nationwide celebration of American retail products, culture, education, and tourism. JIT Products Inc. sold US$7,960 of salt during “America Month 2008”.
