The Second Contracting Seminar for Coalition Partners
American Chamber of Commerce in Romania and the U.S Department of Army, with the support of Foreign Commercial Service of the U.S. Embassy in Romania, organized a two-day seminar to teach U.S. contracting procedures to companies interested in upcoming U.S. military related opportunities.
Instructors from the Defense Acquisition University (DAU), and Department of the Army Personnel in Washington, D.C, and variety of U.S. Federal Procurement offices conducted the seminar.
