Enclosed please find my complete application package, which consists of the following documents:

2. Volunteer Service Agreement (signed by university and student). Download here: VSA Form
3. Student Intern Application Download here: Student Intern Application
4. Obtain one letter of recommendation from your academic institution.
5. Copy of passport and residence permit.
6. Copy of official transcript from academic institution.
7. Cover letter.

Please send this cover sheet together with all documents listed above at least 3 months before start date to U.S. Commercial Service in Qatar. Address the package to Mr. Dao M. Le, Senior Commercial Officer.
