Ambassador LeBaron is keen on supporting enhanced US-Qatar trade and investment, and will make every effort to accommodate appropriate meeting requests.

Please follow these three steps, and we'll prepare your meeting request for his consideration.  Upon receipt of your materials, you can expect an answer within 48-72 hours. 

1.  Complete a meeting request as thoroughly as possible and send it back to us.

2.  Send us a list of meeting participants, including their full name, title and country of citizenship.

3.  Provide your company profile in a one/two page format.  Sending us to your company website is insufficient; what's needed is a finished document.  Click here for an example.
