Who We Are
The Alaska U.S. Export Assistance Center is part of a global network of domestic and international offices, staffed by the U.S. Department of Commerce. The U.S. Commercial Service assists firms in exporting by providing expert counseling and advice, key elements of the due diligence process including foreign market intelligence and background checks, international contacts, "B to B" matchmaking and advocacy services. The Alaska office can provide information on all federal programs designed to support international trade and can help companies to develop an international marketing strategy that works. Co-located with the Alaska World Trade Center, Alaskans are offered a powerful competitive edge in the international marketplace in a convenient one-stop location.
