The U.S. Commercial Service is pleased to announce the Aerospace Executive Service at the Singapore Airshow, which will be held February 1-4, 2010. The Aerospace Executive Service (AES) is designed to deliver an effective business development package for small- and medium-sized companies combining aspects of a trade mission, trade show presence and networking activities.
The Singapore Air Show is Asia’s largest aerospace and defense
event and stands as one of the
top three air shows in the world,
serving as a global marketplace and networking platform for the
global aerospace community. Encompassing all civil and military
sectors of the international aerospace industry, the Singapore
Air Show is the foremost venue for companies to showcase their
products and services in the Asia-Pacific.
Did you know that...
- The Singapore Air Show anticipates over 30,000 trade visitors;
- As many as 900 exhibiting companies from over 40 countries are expected; and,
- Singapore's Changi Exhibition Centre has 40,000sqm Exhibition Space.
As a participant in the AEROSPACE EXECUTIVE SERVICE, you will benefit from the following:
- Pre-show breakfast briefing on February 1st (U.S. Ambassador to Singapore will be invited to be the lead presenter along with industry representatives);
- Daily Transportation between the designated AES hotel and the Singapore Air Show and vice versa;
- Pre-scheduled meetings with potential partners, distributors, and/or end users as well as with third country U.S. Commercial Service delegations;
- One show entry pass per company representative;
- Participation in U.S. Exhibitors Welcome Reception;
- One invitation to the U.S. VIP reception per participant;
- Access to Official U.S. Pavilion/Business Information Office amenities, including meeting area and shared business center when not in use for AsiaNow one-on-one appointments;
- Individual kiosk space (1.5m X 1.5m) within the U.S. Pavilion for display of company literature, poster and meetings;
- Copy of the official 2010 Singapore Air Show Exhibitor’s Directory;
- Meetings with U.S. Commercial Service Aerospace and Defense industry specialists from U.S. Embassies and Consulates across Asia; and,
- On-site AES program coordination.
Participation Fee
The cost to take advantage of the AES at the Singapore Airshow is $5,500 for a small or medium sized enterprise (less than 500 employees), and $6,200 for large firms (lodging and airfare are not included; $500 for each additional company representative).
