Academia Lebanon: November 23-24 in Beirut, November 25 in Tripoli
Booth Rental Price:
- Table-top spot: USD $1500
- 4 sqm booth: USD $2000
- 6 sqm booth: USD $3000
- 9 sqm booth: USD $4000
This fee includes ALL of the following:
- International Standard Furnishing: partitions, name fascia, one table, two chairs, two shelves, power socket and two spotlights.
- Meet and assist service at the airport with transportation to your accomodation place.
- Free ONE delegate accomodation at Le Bristol Hotel for 4 nights (check-in Novemeber 22, check-out November 26, 2009); including breakfast buffet.
- Full-page entry in the Convention Directory with your contact details.
- Listing on ACADEMIA LEBANON website with a hotlink for 6 months.
- 50 invitation cards to invite your contacts to your booth
- One School or University student seminar at the venue (You will be allocated 45 minutes at an equipped seminar room to deliver a presentation on your institution and programs to visiting students).
- Assistance with your booth setup and arrangement.
- Daily drinking water at your booth.
