What is Commercial News USA?
Commercial News USA is a catalog-style magazine that includes individual product photos and descriptions as well as print advertisements which target 400,000 potential buyers worldwide (including 80,000 subscribers).
It has recently been completely redesigned and enhanced to make it an even more effective vehicle for promoting American-made products and services to prospective buyers and partners outside of the United States. The newest issue is now available online free of charge. Readers have the option of viewing online either in pdf or html format. Commercial News USA is also translated into special Spanish and Chinese language editions.

Requirement for advertising in CNUSA:
To advertise in CNUSA, U.S. companies must offer products or
services that are manufactured in the U.S., or products
manufactured outside of the United States that are marketed under
the name of a U.S. company, with U.S. content representing at
least 51% of the finished product's value.
This publication is produced on a bi-monthly basis beginning in September 2004 under a private-public sector partnership initiative between the U.S. Commerce Department and ThinkGlobal Inc.

Exporter of the Year Award
The Exporter of the Year Award is presented to 15 companies each year, one for each of 15 categories. Winners are chosen based on the total number of documented export deals completed, total percentage increase in sales compared to the previous year, exports as percentage of total sales, the company’s commitment to exporting, the company’s commitment to customer service, and the company’s innovation and originality in marketing products or services. Winners receive recognition in Commercial News USA magazine.
To be eligible for the award, the company must currently be exporting from the United States.
