This biennial event is organized by Reed Exhibitions Middle East and held in association with the UAE (United Arab Emirates) Ministry of Interior; its strategic partner is the Critical National Infrastructure Authority (CNIA); and its official sponsor is the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA) and TRA’s subagency, the Computer National Response Team (CERT).
The 2010 edition of the show is expected to occupy nearly 26,000 sq meters, double the size of the 2008 show, which was attended by 6,000 visitors from 42 countries, including officials from the interior and defense ministries of the region, as well as managers of security and emergency planning for ports, airports, borders, urban transport systems and government facilities. Visitor numbers are expected to increase substantially in 2010.
The U.S. Department of Commerce has granted Trade Fair Certification to Reed Exhibitions to organize an official U.S. Pavilion at the International Security National Resilience Exhibition & Conference 2010, where U.S. firms will be provided with prime exhibition space.
