On October 1, 2008, the Census Bureau began requiring mandatory filing of export information through the Automated Export System for all shipments where a Shippers Export Declaration is required.  This webinar series will assist you in learning about the Foreign Trade Regulations which are mandatory when exporting products overseas. Penalties may be imposed per violation of the Foreign Trade Regulations from $1,100 to $10,000, both civil and criminal.
