EXHIBIT AT THE SHOW WITH YOUR OWN MINI-BOOTH IN THE CALIFORNIA PAVILION

GA QuoteThe Center for International Trade Development (CITD) is a state-funded initiative that promotes California trade. The El Camino College CITD was recently awarded a grant to assist California Aerospace exporters. With the grant funds, they are able to subsidize your costs at the Berlin Air Show.

The Berlin International Air Show 2008 (ILA) introduces you to the European Union with its 27 member countries and more than 495 million consumers. The Berlin Air Show will get you closer to the customer and, above all, closer to the political, civil and military decision-makers in the developing countries of Central and Eastern Europe. As part of the show, the North American Pavilion and the CITD booth offer the perfect presentation opportunity for small to medium size aerospace companies from California who can also take advantage of the online business matchmaking service – a service that links exhibitors and trade visitors and allows for setting meetings in advance of the show. Perhaps most importantly, many of Europe's major aerospace OEMs will be looking to take advantage of the "cheap" US dollar. Export opportunities for North American aerospace companies have never been better! And don't forget that Germany, the largest aerospace market outside of North America, provides the perfect setting. Join us at the crossroads of Europe and promote your products to an eager audience!

California firms have the following option available to them, at significantly reduced costs:

  • Exhibit at your own mini booth in our large CITD-sponsored location
  • Receive all the services and benefits of the North American Pavilion
  • Meet with European OEMs eager for suppliers selling in US dollars
  • Display materials such as graphics, brochures, models and/or actual equipment
  • Connect with the entire aerospace world with access to the International Supplier Center with proximity to OEMs, purchasing officers and first-tier suppliers
  • Launch new products and generate brand awareness
  • Meet face-to-face with potential customers and establish distribution channels
  • Receive at-the-show support from CITD staff

This option is limited to the first six participants who register.  Registration deadline is May 7, 2008.
