Thursday, February 23, 2006 - The Oakland Export Assistance Center (EAC) conducted a video wine market briefing with the Foreign Agricultural Service (FAS) in Sao Paulo, Brazil. The Oakland EAC invited local San Francisco Bay Area wineries and export facilitation partners to the Oakland Federal Building to participate in this market briefing. Also in attendance was Commercial Specialist Vania Resende from Belo Horizonte, Brazil, who provided additional value-added counseling to the participants. Vania was returning from the leading an international buyer delegation to the World Ag Expo in Tulare, California.
