Exhibit Invitation Program
Each year, JETRO-Houston sponsors various networking activities with the objective of matching companies in the U.S. South Central region with potential Japanese business partners. For fiscal year 2008 JETRO has established the "JETRO Zone Exhibit Invitation Program" which focuses on several major trade shows to be held in Japan.
Selected companies will be provided with booth space to exhibit their products, and will also be given the opportunity to make a presentation at seminars to be held at each of the shows. Some programs include round trip airfare to Japan, hotel accommodations, booth rental, and other services paid for by the Japanese government.
With over 200 exhibitors and 29,000 visitors in 2007, the Eco-Technology Exhibition is the largest environmental technology trade show in western Japan. JETRO is now accepting applications for the "JETRO Zone Exhibit Invitation Program." If your company has an interest in setting up an office in Japan or is currently seeking Japanese partners to establish a business in the Japanese market, this program is for you.
