North Dakota's Export Assistance Center is located in Fargo and covers the entire state of North Dakota and northwest Minnesota.

The North Dakota office has two full time federal Commerce officials: International Trade Specialist Heather Andrea Ranck; and Foreign Service Officer Timothy Cannon. The office also hosts Sharon May, Market Research and Exporter Education Director for the North Dakota Trade Office.
