Option A:
The 2010 Trade Winds Forum - The Americas PLUS
Trade Mission to Brazil
April 25-30, 2010
Participation fee* of $1,950 for small companies; $2,850 for
large companies
Option A includes the Trade Winds 'Americas Business Conference', prearranged consultations with US Commercial Service Senior Commercial Officers and prearranged business to business meetings with Brazilian businesses in one of five select markets in Brazil: São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Brasilia, Belo Horizonte and Recife. Itinerary is as follows:
- Sunday, April 25: Arrival in Sao Paulo; pre-registration begins
- Monday, April 26: Trade Winds Forum - The Americas Business Conference (All day program)
- Tuesday, April 27: Private consultations with Country Commercial Officers (All day program)
- Wednesday, April 28: Private consultations with Country Commercial Officers (All day program)
- Thursday, April 29: Business-to-business meetings with preselected companies in Brazil
- Friday, April 30: Continue Business-to-business meetings with preselected companies in Brazil
Upon registration for Option A, the Commercial Service will conduct a preliminary market assessment to determine market potential for your product/service. This assessment will require 14 days to complete. After that time your company will be assigned a Trade Winds team associate who will serve as your personal liaison with Commercial Service Brazil and help complete your registration. Trade Mission business-to-business appointments may be scheduled from April 29 to April 30 depending on appointment location, industry concentration and recommendations by Commercial Service Brazil industry specialists. Additional travel and service fees may apply. If you are interested in an optional Spin-Off Gold Key to another country in the Western Hemisphere please make sure to check the appropriate box on the registration form. Additional travel and service fees will apply.

Trade Mission to Brazil
$1,950 for small companies (fewer than 500 employees) for one
company representative
$2,850 for large companies (greater than 500 employees) for one
company representative

**The $1,950/$2850 participation fee includes translation and transportation costs for business to business appointments.
Option B:

Option B includes the Trade Winds 'Americas Business Conference' and prearranged consultations with US Commercial Service Senior Commercial Officers. Option B does NOT included business-to-business meetings in Brazil. Itinerary is as follows:
- Sunday, April 25: Arrival in Sao Paulo; pre-registration begins
- Monday, April 26: Trade Winds Forum - The Americas Business Conference
- Tuesday, April 27: Private consultations with Country Commercial Officers
- Wednesday, April 28: Private consultations with Country Commercial Officers (All day program)
If you are interested in an optional Spin-Off Gold Key to another country in the Western Hemisphere either before or after your trip to Brazil (see details below), a Trade Winds team associate will contact you to discuss this option in detail. Please make sure to check the appropriate box on the registration form. Additional travel and service fees will apply. Your company will be assigned a Trade Winds team associate who will help define your itinerary and serve as your personal liaison with our Commercial Service offices in the Western Hemisphere.

Spin-Off Gold Key Options:
If you are interested in additional business-to-business matchmaking days in Brazil (more than one market in Brazil), or if you’d like to receive customized, one-one-one meetings with potential business partners in any other participating country (a ‘Spin-Off’ Gold Key), please indicate on the ‘Register Your Interest’ form. There will be an additional fee of $700.00 plus optional translation/transportation costs ($400.00) for each additional matchmaking service provided.
