The U.S. Commercial Service (North Bay, San Rafael) and our partner, Dominican University of California, are hosting a seminar for businesses to help them learn how to protect their intellectual property when dealing with the Chinese market. Attorneys with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and the Commerce Department's Office of China will advise you how to protect and enforce trademarks, patents, and copyrights in China. They'll also present case studies illustrating these principles in practice. This program is for any company that wants to learn about protecting its products from counterfeiting and piracy in China and will include time for questions and answers.
