Mr. Umoetteh is the Commercial Specialist that provides a full range of CS services to U.S. clients and local businesses. He is responsible for promoting trade events relating to education and training services/equipment (manpower and computer-aided training inclusive), management consulting services, employment services, books/periodicals, as well as sporting goods and recreational equipment sectors. Mr. Umoetteh has passion for developing the ICT in education market in Nigeria.

Prior to assumption of his new role as a sector Specialist, Mr. Umoetteh restructured and effectively managed the Networking with the USA (NUSA) program for more than two years, a responsibility he has continued to hold to date. He initiated and successfully launched the combined NUSA online and web pay application that gracefully transformed NUSA from a paper-based initiative to an online tool with its dual application that enables thousands of its clients to complete their registration and payment online – using the program he developed.

Before joining the Commercial Service, Mr. Umoetteh had served a stint as a Fraud Prevention Investigator with the Consular Section, U.S. Department of State for four years. He holds a Master's Degree in Psychology from the University of Ibadan and a Master of Science in Computer Science from Nnamdi Azikiwe University. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Educational Administration with concentration in Mathematics from the University of Lagos. Recently, Mr. Umoetteh completed a Master's Certificate in Project Management at the Project Management College, U.K.  He is currently a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management.
