U.S. Commercial Service
The U.S. Commercial Service is the trade promotion unit of the International Trade Administration.  U.S. Commercial Service trade specialists in 107 U.S. cities and in more than 80 countries work with companies to help them get started in exporting or increasing company sales to new global markets. Their services include world class market research, trade events that promote products or services to qualified buyers, introductions to qualified buyers and distributors, and counseling and advocacy through every step of the export process.

U.S. Small Business Administration
The SBA Santa Ana District Office is responsible for delivery of SBA’s many programs and services to small businesses throughout Orange, Riverside and San Bernardino counties.  Services available include:

  • Free consulting services offered by SCORE,  counselors to America's small businesses, the network of Small Business Development Centers and  Women’s Business Centers
  • Financial assistance offered  by area bank and non-bank lenders, including special loan programs for businesses involved in international trade
  • Surety bonding
  • Minority enterprise development through the 8(a) government contracting program

CITD
The Orange County Center for International Trade Development (CITD), hosted by Rancho Santiago Community College District, was established to enhance the competitive strength of local businesses in the international marketplace and is funded by the economic development network of California community colleges. The CITD provides free or low-cost programs and services to assist small – and – mid-sized companies conducting business abroad succeed as exporters, importers or global marketing organizations through individualized assistance, provide export and import education programs for businesses and entrepreneurs.
