Export Controls Seminar - Information for Attendees

We are looking forward to seeing everyone at next week's BIS and DDTC Export Controls Workshop! 

This three day program will be held on April 20th through April 22nd, 2010, at the Sheraton Portsmouth Harborside in Portsmouth, NH.  Information on the hotel and directions can be found here.

Registration

  • For guests arriving on Monday evening, early registration for the conference will held outside of the hotel's Grand Ballroom from 6:30-8:00pm.  Regular registration for the conference begins at 7:30am on Tuesday morning, April 20th and the program formally commences at 8:30am.
  • Please note that we will hold a special networking event hosted in partnership with Evolutions in Business and Sheehan Phinney Bass + Green for all of the two-day BIS and full three-day event attendees.  This event will be held from 5:00-7:00 pm on Tuesday, April 20th at the Portsmouth Music Hall at 28 Chestnut Street.  Additional information can be found by clicking here.

Parking

  • Parking is complimentary for the day in the lot directly across from the hotel entrance.  If this lot is full, reasonably priced parking is available at the High-Hanover Parking Garage, a block from the hotel.
  • For guests staying over at the hotel, above ground parking is $10 per night, and valet underground parking is $15 per night.

At this time, a 100% cancellation policy applies to your conference registration, but substitutions are permitted with notification.
