Event Summary:
Understanding U.S. Census Bureau regulations covering export
shipment filing and commodity classification is crucial to
streamlining your company's export process and maintaining your
internal compliance program. The Census Bureau AES Direct and
Commodity Classification Seminar will provide the information
needed to more efficiently export your company's goods to foreign
markets. The first full day's program will cover:
- Commodity Classification
- AES Export Shipment Filings
- AES PC Link off-line system Overview and Demonstration
The second, half-day of this program will be a "hands on" training for the use of the AES PC Link off-line system, included at no additional charge.
Why should you attend? In the future, electronic filing of export documentation may become mandatory. Further, the AES Direct system is an excellent way for you to manage your exports and ensure compliance with documentation requirements.
This event is a cooperative effort of the U.S. Census Bureau and the U.S. Commercial Service offices of Nevada in Las Vegas and Reno.
