Applicable to all companies that engage in exporting, violations of the Foreign Trade Regulations subject exporters to penalties ranging from $1,100 to $10,000 per occurrence.
This webinar, presented by Census, the fifth of a series of five webinars, will provide an overivew of the SSN Interim Final Rule published on August 5, 2009.
