Event Summary:

Learn about the Foreign Trade Regulations which mandate the submission of statistical and licensing information prior to the export of products overseas. Applicable to all companies that engage in exporting, violations of the Foreign Trade Regulations subject exporters to penalties ranging from $1,100 to $10,000 per occurrence.

This webinar, presented by the Census Bureau, the third of a series of five webinars, is designed to cover the Automated Export System. Topics to be addressed include filing requirements under the Foreign Trade Regulations, the Electronic Export Information (EEI), filing the EEI and troubleshooting EEI filings. 

Kenneth Soo, Chief of the Automated Export System Branch of the Census Bureau will present the seminar. A question and answer session will follow after the presentation.
