The main company business includes land investment and land development for both residential and commercial properties. The company builds all infrastructure required by law that includes installing sewer pipes, storm draining, 24" water pipes, and excavation and paving of community and city streets.

Howitzer purchased sixty acres of land in 1996 located in Ellis County, City of Red Oak. It is next to highway I-35 and southwest corner of Red Oak road. It is one of the main interstate highway that connects from south (Laredo, TX) to north (Duluth, MN). I-35 has an average of 230,000 traffic flow daily in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area. In 2000, Howitzer has begun its development and named it the "Red Oak Town Center." The town center also has 1 acre of land dedicated to up to 10 restaurants, and a 200 room capacity hotel with a 10,000 sq.ft. conference room, and a 24,000 sq.ft. area for a 5-floor clinic or office building. The town center is also planned to have a 300-unit townhouse that has retail section of 400,000 sq.ft. and residential area of 1,200,000 sq.ft. The townhouse is a mixed use master development that includes a movie theatre, supermarket, retail shops, family clinic, and a parking garage that can have a capacity of 2000 vehicles.
