WasteExpo is the largest trade show in North America serving the waste and recycling industries. It is the premier venue for showcasing environmental products and services. Product categories include: Recycling and composting; landfill management; collection and transfer; truck components and supplies; consultants; technology and medical waste and all forms of recycling. The show features three pavilions: Truck Components & Supplies, Technology and E-Waste.
In 2006, 7400 industry buyers from all 50 states attended WasteExpo. In addition, Waste Expo hosted over 920 non-US attendees from 66 countries. The 2006 conference program consisted of 40+ informative sessions. Topics included business operations, technical information, landfill operations, safety and a new municipal track for the public sector attendee. Transfer Stations 101, Recycling Contracts, E-Waste Recycling & Collection, Single Stream Recycling and 10 Secrets to Increase Your Profitability were some of the sessions that drew the largest attendance.
