The U.S. Pavilion at Franchising & Trade 2008

Milan, Italy, October 17-20, 2008.

The U.S. Commercial Service in Italy will organize the U.S. Pavilion at "Franchising & Trade". This is the 23rd edition of Italy's leading franchising show, and one of the most important European events in this sector.

Some of the major U.S. franchisors exhibited with us last year, and this year we hope to attract even more.

The Show is an opportunity for new-to-market franchisors to get in contact with potential master franchisees and other partners.

Italy represents one of the most exciting and opportune franchise markets in Europe (in 2007, the sector's turnover was estimated to exceed 21 billion Euro, more than $32 billion).

The organizers expect more than 250 exhibitors, and more than 25,000 visitors.

This is what we are offering you:

What:   Turnkey booths located in the prestigious U.S. Pavilion at "Franchising & Trade". You may choose between two alternatives, depending if you require us to pre-schedule some appointments for you, or not. 

Pre-scheduled appointments are great value, especially for new to market companies.

Fees: € 4,710 (approx. $7,300), with pre-scheduled appointments, and € 4,000 (approx. $6,200), booth only.  The price for a booth with pre-scheduled appointments includes a shared interpreting service, promotion, and catering during the event.

If you do not opt for the appointments, the price includes promotion and catering, but not a shared interpreter (in any case, we will do our best to support you in your talks with local people). 

Prices refer to a standard 9 sq. meters wide furnished booth (approx. 96.84 sq. ft.).

Larger booths are currently available.  Booths will be sold on first come, first served basis.

Where:  Milan-Rho fairgrounds (Italy’s largest fairgrounds).

Why:    A hassle-free participation, a productive way to increase your activity to Europe, and Italy in particular, and to receive cooperation and support from the U.S. Dept. of Commerce.
