The U.S. Pavilion at Franchising & Trade 2007

The event takes place in Milan, Italy, on October 19-22, 2007.

the U.S. Commercial Service in Italy will organize the U.S. Pavilion at 'Franchising & Trade'. This is Italy's leading franchising show, and one of the most important European events in this sector. Some of the major U.S. franchisors exhibited with us last year, and this year we hope to attract even more.

The Show is an opportunity for new-to-market franchisors to get in contact with potential master franchisees and other partners. Italy represents one of the most exciting and opportune franchise markets in Europe (in 2006, the sector's turnover was estimated to exceed 20 billion Euro, or about $26.5 billion).

The organizers expect more than 250 exhibitors, and more than 25,000 visitors.

This is what we are offering you:
What: Turn-key booths located in the prestigious U.S. Pavilion at 'Franchising & Trade'. You may choose between two alternatives, depending on whether or not you require us to pre-schedule some appointments for you. Pre-scheduled appointments are a great value, especially for new-to-market companies.
This year's fees are: € 5,300 (approx. $7,100), with pre-scheduled appointments, and € 3,850 (approx. $5,150), booth only. The price for a booth with pre-scheduled appointments includes interpreting service, promotion, and catering during the event.

If you do not opt for the appointments, the price includes catering, promotion, but not a dedicated interpreter (in any case we will try to support you in your talks with local people). Prices include a standard furnished booth (9 square meters, approx. 96.84 square feet).

Larger booths are currently available. Booths will be sold on first come, first served basis.

Where: The Milan-Rho fairgrounds, a big venue outside the city.

Why: A hassle-free participation, a productive way to increase your activity to Europe, and Italy in particular, and to receive continued cooperation and support from the U.S. Department of Commerce.

Bonus: If you join our Pavilion at 'Franchising & Trade' 2007', we will grant you one year free listing (worth $395) in the 'Franchising Opportunities from the U.S.A.' section of our website, http://www.buyusa.gov/italy/en/. The aim of this section is to raise interest into your concept among the would-be Italian partners (master franchisees, area developers, franchisees), who might surf our website.
