Seminar on Cost-free asset-recovery Portfolio Monitoring Program

The U.S. Commercial Service in Israel, in cooperation with the U.S.-based law firm of Coughlin Stoia Geller Rudman & Robbins LLP is pleased to invite you to the first of its kind seminar on the Firm’s Cost-free asset-recovery Portfolio Monitoring Program, which will be held on Tuesday, April 1 at the Residence of the U.S. Ambassador, 40 Galai Tchelet St., Herzlia Pituach.

Ms. Sandra Stein and Ms. Laura Stein from Coughlin Stoia will describe how hundreds of the world’s largest pension funds and investment advisors rely on their Firm’s cost free Portfolio Monitoring Programsm to recover losses due to fraud or other violations of securities laws.

Simply, the program tracks and monitors the most complex portfolios in a way no other program or system can.  It does this 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year, alerting their clients to losses due to fraud.  In cases of loss where their experts determine recovery is available to a client, their clients have the information they need to file timely claims.  And when they identify their clients’ recoverable losses, they will assist their clients in filing their cost free claims to recover their assets lost due to fraud.

To register your participation in the seminar, please complete the online registration form below no later than Friday, March 28.
