COOLA HULA SKIRTS - THE ALL NEW BEACH COVER-UP!

From Valets to Movie Stars the only reason Kat Conway started her line of clothing and accessories is because of the enthusiastic compliments affirmed by these people and crowds of people in between 'Oh my God where did you get that? It looks like it belongs in Bloomingdale's or Fred Segals' 'I have never seen anything like it' 'I want one for me, my kids, all of my friends, and their kids'. These admirers have graciously inspired Kat to manufacture her designs and so the saga began.  

Dreaming and creating from the aristocracy of the art scene in Downtown Los Angeles this is where Kat works her magic. One of her favorite things to do is to take her pieces out-for-a-walk just to test drive the response.  

Well traveled, disarmingly cheerful, and not ruled by the norm this free spirit infuses these characteristics into her designs which has labeled her as a maverick in her field.

There is meaning and purpose weaved through the thread of every design from the Four Seasons Hotel Maui; the genesis of the original Coola Hula Skirt to guerilla art to anything vintage to meditation from Paris, Italy to Bermuda it is all an endless supply of treasures waiting to be discovered. Often times a design begins with an epiphany that kept happily nagging its way to creation, sometimes years later ergo the company.
