Non-Immigrant Visas to the U.S.

"Business Visas"

To apply for a business visa to the U.S. you must have either an Iraqi G or H passport.  Allow 3-4 months for processing your visa application.  At this time, interviews for Iraqi business visas are not done in Iraq.

Iraqis located in northern Iraq may also consider applying for a U.S. visa through the U.S. Consulate in Istanbul.  Applicants must speak English or Turkish to apply in Istanbul.  http://istanbul.usconsulate.gov/questniv.html
