Alliance, announce the U.S.-Middle East and North Africa Trade
and Investment Conference from January 13-14, 2008 at the
Dead Sea in Jordan.
This conference featured and highlighted the enormous
opportunities for the business communities of the United States
and Middle East and North Africa region to partner, trade,
invest, and transfer and develop new technologies. This
conference was a timely opportunity to learn about major new
projects, policy reforms, trade and investment incentives, and to
exchange ideas on ways to enhance bilateral and regional
commercial ties and to accelerate growth and development in our
respective economies.
Key sectors to be featured include energy, healthcare,
information and communications technologies, transportation, and
water.
