The Outcome of the International Oil Companies
The Petroleum Contracts and Licensing Directorate of Iraqi Ministry of Oil is pleased to announce the outcome of the prequalification process of the International Oil Companies (IOC), which submitted their qualification documents within the period 9th January to 19th February 2008.
