International Business Certificate
Program, presented by Riverside Community College's Center
for International Trade Development in collaboration with the
City of Riverside EDA and U.S. Department of Commerce's
Inland Empire U.S. Export Assistance Center, as well as other
other agencies, is a series of seven workshops taking
place every one to two weeks starting on February 28, 2008.
The series is designed for business professionals interested in
gaining a better understanding of the complexities of
international business. The program covers such topics as
International Marketing, Import and Export Compliance, Export
Transportation and Logistics, NAFTA and Foreign Trade Zone,
International Trade Finance, International Agreements/Contracts,
and Cross Cultural Communication Skills.
Experts will present the topics in practical how-to terms, sharing their knowledge, experiences and insight. Upon completion of the full program, a certificate will be awarded by the sponsors attesting to the fact that you have an understanding and appreciation for the characteristics of international business.
