Export Enforcement is serious business!  Learn how to avoid criminal and administrative penalties.

Confused by export license procedures?  Worried that you might violate U.S. export control laws without even knowing it?  Do you understand Electronic Export Information (EEI) filing and the AES System?  Are you in compliance with the Bureau of Industry & Security laws and regulations?  These are important questions for U.S. companies.

Join us in Indianapolis, Indiana on May 18, 2010.  Export Policy Specialists from the Bureau of Industry and Security, the Office of Defense Trade Control and BIS Office of Export Enforcement and the Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control will deliver the information you need to know to protect your business.
