United States Department of Commerce is supporting an event hosted by The Tri-State Manufacturer's Alliance (TSMA) and Tri-State World Trade Network (TSWTN) on
February 11 from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. at Old National Bank in Downtown Evansville.
The topics of the event will include the following:

West is a Principal with Halcrow specializing in trade and transportation and matters of economic development. He focuses on business development in Latin America and also works extensively with ports and railways in the region. His consulting experience spans 25 years. Mr. West has performed feasibility studies for new port facilities, developed financial models, and recommended financing options for various, large infrastructure development projects including ports and railways.
West has worked in Mexico, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Colombia, Peru, Chile and Brazil.
